Abstract

SD Swasta Methodist 1 Rantauprapat masih menggunakan sistem pembayaran Sumbangan Pembinaan Pendidikan (SPP) secara manual, yaitu melalui pencatatan pada kartu SPP siswa dan buku besar. Sistem ini menyebabkan proses pembayaran berjalan lambat, berisiko terjadi penumpukan dan kehilangan data, serta menyulitkan pemantauan oleh pihak sekolah maupun orang tua siswa. Selain itu, siswa maupun orang tua harus datang langsung ke ruang tata usaha untuk melakukan pembayaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi pembayaran SPP berbasis Android yang terintegrasi dengan API Multipayment guna mendukung berbagai metode pembayaran secara online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi observasi dan studi pustaka untuk pengumpulan data, dengan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan Flutter sebagai frontend, Node.js dan TypeScript sebagai backend, serta MongoDB sebagai basis data, dengan Midtrans Payment Gateway sebagai penyedia layanan multipayment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan berhasil mendukung proses autentikasi pengguna, pengelolaan data tagihan, pembayaran SPP melalui berbagai metode seperti Virtual Account, QRIS, dan e-wallet, riwayat transaksi, notifikasi pembayaran secara real-time, serta pengelolaan data oleh administrator. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, seluruh fitur utama sistem berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan fungsional yang telah dirancang. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini mampu meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, keakuratan, dan keamanan proses administrasi pembayaran SPP di SD Swasta Methodist 1 Rantauprapat dibandingkan dengan sistem manual sebelumnya. This approach slows down the payment process, risks data pile-up and loss, and makes it difficult for the school and parents to monitor payment status; students and parents also have to come in person to the administration office to pay. This research aims to design and build an Android based SPP payment application integrated with a multipayment API to support various online payment methods. Data collection combined observation and literature study, while system development followed the Waterfall method, covering requirement analysis, system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application was built with Flutter for the frontend, Node.js and TypeScript for the backend, and MongoDB as the database, integrated with the Midtrans Payment Gateway as the multipayment provider. The results show that the application successfully supports user authentication, bill management, SPP payment through various methods such as Virtual Account, QRIS, and e-wallets, transaction history, real time payment notifications, and data management by administrators. Testing confirmed that all core features function according to the defined functional requirements. Overall, the application improves the effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy, and security of SPP payment administration at SD Swasta Methodist 1 Rantauprapat compared to the previous manual system.
