Abstract

Kata kunci: Biofertilizer, Mikroba Pelarut Fosfat, Sawi Pagoda, Pertumbuhan, Hasil ================================================================================================== This study aimed to determine the effect of applying a phosphate-solubilizing microbe-based biofertilizer on the growth and yield of Brassica rapa L. (pagoda mustard). The study employed a single-factor Randomized Block Design (RBD) with four treatments and three replications, resulting in 12 experimental units. The treatments consisted of T0 (control/no fertilizer), T1 (inorganic NPK fertilizer at the recommended dosage), T2 (MPF Tanatani biofertilizer at a dosage of 5 ml/L of water), and T3 (MPF Tanatani biofertilizer at a dosage of 10 ml/L of water). Observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, and plant weight. Growth observations were conducted at 7, 14, 21, and 28 days after planting (DAP), while yield observations were made at harvest. Data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at the 5% significance level. If a significant effect was found, the analysis was followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results indicated that the application of the phosphate-solubilizing microbe based biofertilizer influenced the growth and yield of pagoda mustard across the observed parameters. The biofertilizer dosage treatment yielding the best results was determined based on the observations and statistical analysis.
