Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of digitization of public services and the application of management information systems on employee performance at the Rantauprapat Transportation Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to employees and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient. The results of the study show that the digitalization of public services has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 2.785 and a significance of 0.007. The application of the management information system also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 4.981 and a significance of 0.001. Simultaneously, the digitization of public services and the implementation of management information systems influence employee performance, with an F value of 65,190. An R value of 0.776 indicates a strong relationship, while an R Square of 0.603 indicates that 60.3% of employee performance variations can be explained by both variables, while 39.7% are explained by other factors outside the study. Thus, increasing the digitization of public services and optimizing management information systems is an important aspect in supporting the improvement of employee performance.
