Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya minat berwirausaha di kalangan Gen-Z, seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi digital dan media sosial yang membuka peluang baru dalam dunia usaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial, literasi digital, dan literasi finansial terhadap minat berwirausaha Gen-Z di Labuhanbatu. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 150 responden Gen-Z. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS v.22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. Media sosial berperan sebagai sarana informasi dan promosi, literasi digital mendukung kemampuan adaptasi terhadap teknologi, dan literasi finansial memperkuat kepercayaan diri dalam mengelola usaha. Integrasi ketiga faktor tersebut menjadi kunci penting dalam mendorong minat kewirausahaan di era digital. Kata Kunci : Media Sosial, Literasi Digital, Literasi Finansial, Minat Berwirausaha, Gen-Z ==================================================================================================== This study was motivated by the increasing interest in entrepreneurship among Gen-Z, in line with the development of digital technology and social media, which has opened up new opportunities in the business world. The objective of this study is to analyse the influence of social media, digital literacy, and financial literacy on Gen-Z's interest in entrepreneurship in Labuhanbatu. A descriptive quantitative approach was used with purposive sampling of 150 Gen-Z respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analysed using multiple linear regression through SPSS v.22. The results of the study indicate that all three independent variables have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest, both partially and simultaneously. Social media serves as a means of information and promotion, digital literacy supports adaptability to technology, and financial literacy strengthens confidence in managing a business. The integration of these three factors is a key element in fostering entrepreneurial interest in the digital age.
