Abstract
Interpersonal skill, salesmanship skill dan lingkungan kerja adalah beberapa faktor yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Bagi perusahaan farmasi, kinerja Medical Representative (MR) menjadi faktor yang sangat penting bagi perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan bisnisnya. Oleh karena itu perusahaan farmasi harus memastikan bahwa para MR-nya memiliki keterampilan interpersonal yang baik untuk dapat menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan profesional medis lainnya, keterampilan salesmanship yang efektif untuk memasarkan produk-produk farmasi, dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif untuk memotivasi MR dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Desktiptif kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menguji seberapa besar pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel interpersonal skill, salesmanship skill dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja medical representative area Asahan Labuhanbatu. Jumlah responden adalah 30 orang Medical Representative Area Asahan Labuhanbatu. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun simultan, variabel interpersonal skill, salesman skill, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Medical Representative Area Asahan – Labuhanbatu. Kata Kunci: Medical Representative, Interpersonal Skill, Salesmanship Skill, Lingkungan Kerja, Asahan, Labuhanbatu ======================================================= Interpersonal skills, salesmanship skills and work environment are some of the factors that have an influence on employee performance. For pharmaceutical companies, the performance of the Medical Representative (MR) is a very important factor for the company in achieving its business goals. Therefore pharmaceutical companies must ensure that their MRs have good interpersonal skills to be able to establish good relationships with other medical professionals, effective salesmanship skills to market pharmaceutical products, and a conducive work environment to motivate MRs to work. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that aims to describe and test how much influence partially and simultaneously the interpersonal skills, salesmanship skills and work environment variables have on the performance of the medical representative area of Asahan Labuhanbatu. The number of respondents was 30 Medical Representatives of the Labuhanbatu Asahan Area. The results of the research show that both partially and simultaneously, interpersonal skill, salesman skill, and work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Asahan - Labuhanbatu Medical Representative Area.
