Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) memungkinkan penerapan sistem monitoring yang dapat dilakukan secara real-time dan jarak jauh. Salah satu penerapannya adalah dalam pemantauan kondisi tanah yang meliputi tingkat keasaman (pH), suhu, dan kelembapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem monitoring kondisi tanah berbasis IoT menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan sensor pH tanah untuk mengukur tingkat keasaman, sensor kelembapan tanah untuk mengetahui kadar air, serta sensor suhu BMP280 untuk mengukur suhu lingkungan. Data yang diperoleh diproses oleh ESP32 dan ditampilkan pada LCD sebagai tampilan lokal, serta dikirimkan ke aplikasi Blynk untuk monitoring jarak jauh secara real-time. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu membaca nilai pH tanah pada rentang 6,4 hingga 7,8, suhu udara antara 27°C hingga 32°C, serta kelembapan tanah antara 62% hingga 73%. Sistem juga mampu mendeteksi perbedaan kondisi tanah pada beberapa lokasi yang berbeda dengan hasil yang stabil dan konsisten. Dengan demikian, sistem monitoring kondisi tanah berbasis IoT ini dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam memantau kondisi tanah secara efektif dan efisien. One of its applications is in monitoring soil conditions, including pH level, temperature, and moisture. This study aims to design and develop an IoT -based soil monitoring system using the ESP32 microcontroller. The system utilizes a soil pH sensor to measure acidity levels, a soil moisture sensor to determine water content, and a BMP280 sensor to measure environmental temperature. The collected data is processed by the ESP32 and displayed on an LCD as a local interface, as well as transmitted to the Blynk application for real-time remote monitoring. The testing results show that the system is capable of measuring soil pH in the range of 6.4 to 7.8, air temperature between 27°C and 32°C, and soil moisture between 62% and 73%. The system is also able to detect variations in soil conditions across different locations with stable and consistent results. Therefore, the IoT -based soil monitoring system can be used as an effective and efficient tool for monitoring soil conditions. Keywords: Internet Of Things, ESP32, Soil Ph, Soil Moisture, Monitoring
