Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Safety Standards, Crossing Comfort, and Crew Services on Passenger Loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through a questionnaire of 285 respondents to crossing service passengers. Data analysis was carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that simultaneously Safety Standards, Crossing Comfort, and Crew Services have a positive and significant effect on Passenger Loyalty. Partially, the three independent variables also had a significant influence, with Crew Services as the most dominant variable. The value of the determination coefficient indicates that most of the variation in Passenger Loyalty can be explained by the variables in the research model. This study concludes that increasing passenger loyalty can be achieved through the implementation of good safety standards, increasing crossing comfort, and improving the quality of crew service. Keywords: Safety Standards, Crossing Comfort, Crew Service Quality, Passenger Loyalty
