Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of work ability , work environment and communication as well as work discipline directly on employee performance , to determine and analyze the influence of work ability , work environment and communication directly on work discipline , and to determine and analyze the influence of work ability , work environment and communication indirectly on employee performance through work discipline . In this study, an associative research type was used with a sample of 72 respondents who were all employees working at Indah Bagan Batu Hospital . The data collection technique used a list of statements such as a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used Partial Least Square ( SmartP LS ). Results research show There is a direct influence of work ability , work environment and communication as well as work discipline on employee performance . There is a positive and significant influence. work ability , work environment and communication directly affect work discipline , and there is a positive and significant influence work ability , work environment and communication indirectly affect employee performance through work discipline .
