Abstract

The research aims to analyze: (1) the relationship between work compensation and teachers' work commitment; (2) the relationship between job satisfaction and teachers' work commitment; and (3) the relationship between work compensation and job satisfaction together with teachers' work commitment. The research subjects are non-civil servant teachers in public elementary schools across the Bilah Hulu sub-district, with a sample size of 92 people. The research method is a quantitative research type with two independent variables and one dependent variable. Based on hypothesis testing, it can be concluded: (1) there is a significant relationship between work compensation and teachers' work commitment of 0.421; (2) there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and teachers' work commitment of 0.512; and (4) there is a significant relationship between work compensation and motivation together with teachers' work commitment of 0.594. Overall, the research results indicate that increasing teachers' work commitment can be achieved through improvements in the variables of work compensation and job satisfaction. Keywords: Work Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Teachers' Work Commitment ============================================================================================== Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) hubungan kompensasi kerja dengan komitmen kerja guru; (2) hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen kerja guru; dan (3) hubungan kompensasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama dengan komitmen kerja guru. Subjek penelitian adalah guru non-asn di sd negeri se-kecamatan bilah hulu dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 92 orang. Metode penelitian jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan: (1) terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara kompensasi kerja dengan komitmen kerja guru sebesar 0,421; (2) terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen kerja guru sebesar 0,512; dan (4) terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara kompensasi kerja dan motivasi secara bersama-sama dengan komitmen kerja guru sebesar 0,594. Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan komitmen kerja guru dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan pada variabel kompensasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja.
