Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun mesin pengayak pasir otomatis berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk membantu meningkatkan efisiensi proses pengayakan pasir konstruksi skala kecil hingga menengah. Sistem menggunakan ESP32 sebagai pusat kendali, Load Cell untuk mengukur berat pasir, sensor SW 420 untuk mendeteksi getaran, serta Blynk sebagai media monitoring secara real time. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa mesin dapat melakukan proses pengayakan dengan bantuan motor dan sistem mampu memantau berat pasir, kondisi motor, serta getaran melalui aplikasi Blynk. Penerapan sistem ini memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna dalam mengawasi proses pengayakan tanpa harus melakukan pengecekan secara langsung. Dengan adanya teknologi IoT, proses pengayakan menjadi lebih praktis, terkontrol, dan dapat membantu mengurangi pekerjaan manual dibandingkan dengan metode pengayakan secara konvensional. Kata kunci: Mesin Pengayak Pasir, IoT, ESP32, Load Cell, Blynk ============================================================================ This study aims to design and build an Internet of Things (IoT)-based automatic sand-sieving machine to enhance the efficiency of the sieving process for construction sand at small-to-medium scales. The system utilizes an ESP32 as the control unit, a load cell to measure sand weight, an SW-420 sensor to detect vibration, and the Blynk platform for real-time monitoring. Testing results demonstrate that the machine can perform the sieving process using a motor, while the system successfully monitors sand weight, motor status, and vibration levels via the Blynk application. Implementing this system allows users to oversee the sieving process conveniently without requiring direct, on-site inspection. The integration of IoT technology makes the sieving process more practical and controlled, helping to reduce manual labor compared to conventional methods.
