Abstract

Posyandu di Desa Bandar Tinggi, khususnya Posyandu Mujair, saat ini masih menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan data kesehatan balita karena ketergantungan pada pencatatan manual. Proses manual ini rentan terhadap kesalahan input, risiko kehilangan data, serta lambatnya penyusunan laporan yang menghambat pengambilan keputusan tepat waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Data Balita Berbasis Web guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi pengelolaan data di Posyandu tersebut. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL, serta pengujian sistem. Sistem ini menyediakan fitur utama seperti pengelolaan data identitas balita, pencatatan absensi kader, serta otomasi pembuatan laporan yang dapat diakses oleh Admin, Kader, dan Bidan sesuai hak akses masing-masing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi berbasis web ini mampu mentransformasi proses administrasi dari manual ke digital, mempercepat proses pencarian data, dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pelaporan kegiatan posyandu. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan pemantauan kesehatan balita di Desa Bandar Tinggi menjadi lebih terstruktur, akurat, dan transparan. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Data Balita, Berbasis Web, Posyandu, Metode Waterfall, PHP, MySQL ================================================================ Toddler health data recording at Posyandu in Bandar Tinggi Village, specifically at Posyandu Mujair, currently faces challenges due to reliance on manual documentation. This manual process is prone to human error, data loss risks, and slow reporting, which hinders timely decision-making. This research aims to design and implement a Web-Based Toddler Data Information System to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of data management at the Posyandu. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementation using PHP programming language and MySQL database, and system testing. The system provides key features such as toddler identity data management, volunteer attendance recording, and automated report generation, accessible to Admins, Volunteers, and Midwives according to their respective access rights. The results show that the implementation of this web-based information system is able to transform the administrative process from manual to digital, speed up the data retrieval process, and increase efficiency in reporting Posyandu activities. With this system, it is expected that toddler health monitoring in Bandar Tinggi Village will become more structured, accurate, and transparent.
