Abstract

Kata kunci : Internet Of Things, Smartdoor, ESP-32 CAM, Sensor Ultrasonik, Whatsaap, Keamanan Akses. ======================================================= This research is motivated by designing and implementing a smart door system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) with ESP-32 CAM integration to improve the convenience and security of door access. The system uses an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor to detect objects, an ESP32 as the control center, an ESP-32 CAM as the automatic image capturing device, a relay as the solenoid door lock controller, and WhatsApp as a medium for notifications and remote monitoring. In addition, detection data and image results are stored in the Supabase backend so that access activities can be documented in real time. The research method used is the waterfall method, covering the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Test results show that all main functions of the system work well, functional testing was successful in all scenarios, and the ultrasonic sensor accuracy test showed an average reading difference of 0.6 cm. The system also successfully carried out end-to-end integration, from object detection, image capture, data storage, WhatsApp notifications, to relay control. Thus, the smart door system developed is considered capable of providing a more practical, efficient, and secure door access solution.
