Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, human resources, and facilities on community satisfaction at the Silumajang Village Office, NA IX-X District, North Labuhanbatu Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 98 respondents selected through random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results indicate that service quality, human resources, and facilities partially have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. Simultaneously, these three independent variables also have a significant effect on community satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.708 indicates that 70.8% of the variation in community satisfaction can be explained by service quality, human resources, and facilities, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. These findings emphasize that improving public service quality at the village level requires competent personnel supported by adequate facilities.
