Abstract

==================================================================================================== The ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choice Translating Reality) method is one of the commonly used approaches in multi criteria decision making. In this context, sensitivity analysis has an important role in evaluating how stable decision outcomes are to variations in parameters and given preferences. This article proposes a framework for conducting sensitivity analysis to the ELECTRE method in multi-criteria decision making. The framework includes systematic steps to identify key parameters and preferences, as well as to measure the impact of changes on decision outcomes by varying these values. Sensitivity analysis was performed by considering the effect of changes in parameters, such as criteria weights and preference thresholds, on alternative ratings generated by the ELECTRE method. Thus, this framework helps decision makers in understanding the level of stability and reliability of decisions generated by the ELECTRE method. Empirical research was conducted using case studies to illustrate the application of sensitivity analysis frameworks. The results of the analysis showed that changes in key parameters and preferences could significantly affect the resulting ranking of alternatives, demonstrating the importance of sensitivity analysis in multi-criteria decision making using the ELECTRE method.
