Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Social Support, Perceived Organizational Support Dan Work Engagement terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organizational (Studi Pada Relawan PMI Kabupaten Labuhanbatu). Jenis Penelitian Ini Adalah Penelitian Asosiatif. Pengumpulan Data Dalam Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan survey dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 30 responden, sedangkan populasi yang dijadikan dalam penelitian ini adalah Relawan PMI Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Alat analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Product Sofware Solution). Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji signifikan parsial (uji T), pengujian signifikan simultan (uji F), dan pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkkan bahwa secara parsial (uji T) diketahui bahwa Social Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organizational pada Relawan PMI Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dengan nilai thitung (3,412) > ttabel (1.706) dan taraf signifikasi 0,002 < 0,05. Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organizational pada Relawan PMI Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dengan nilai thitung (3,639) > ttabel (1.706) dan taraf signifikasi 0,001 < 0,05. Kemudian Work Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organizational pada Relawan PMI Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dengan nilai thitung (3.613) > ttabel (1.706) dan taraf signifikasi 0,001. Pada pengujian secara simultan (uji F) diketahui bahwa Social Support, Perceived Organizational Support Dan Work Engagement secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organizational pada Relawan PMI Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dengan nilai Fhitung 8,877 > Ftabel 2.991 dan taraf signifikansi signifikansinya 0,001 < 0,05. Melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R Square) 0,449 Nilai ini berarti bahwa Perilaku Kewargaan Organizational pada Relawan PMI Kabupaten Labuhanbatu mampu dijelaskan oleh Social Support, Perceived Organizational Support Dan Work Engagement sebesar 44,9%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 55,1% dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini Kata Kunci: Perilaku Kewargaan Organizational, Social Support, Perceived Organizational Support, Work Engagement ========================================================================================= This study aims to determine the effect of Social Support, Perceived Organizational Support and Work Engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Study on PMI Volunteers in Labuhanbatu Regency). This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this study was conducted through a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents, while the population used in this study were PMI Volunteers in Labuhanbatu Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this study used SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). Data analysis techniques in this study were descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using partial significant tests (T tests), simultaneous significant tests (F tests), and determination coefficient tests (R2). The results of this study indicate that partially (T test) it is known that Social Support has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PMI Volunteers in Labuhanbatu Regency with a calculated t value (3.412) > t table (1.706) and a significance level of 0.002 < 0.05. Perceived Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PMI Volunteers in Labuhanbatu Regency with a calculated t value (3.639) > t table (1.706) and a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Then Work Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PMI Volunteers in Labuhanbatu Regency with a calculated t value (3.613) > t table (1.706) and a significance level of 0.001. In simultaneous testing (F test) it is known that Social Support, Perceived Organizational Support and Work Engagement together have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PMI Volunteers in Labuhanbatu Regency with a calculated F value of 8.877> Ftable 2.991 and a significance level of 0.001.
