Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pelaporan kerusakan fasilitas guna meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan dan penanganan laporan di lingkungan kampus, serta memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna dalam menyampaikan keluhan secara terstruktur. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam pelaporan manual mendorong perlunya sistem berbasis web yang lebih efektif dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Berdasarkan tinjauan pustaka, sistem informasi berbasis web mampu meningkatkan kecepatan akses data dan akurasi pengolahan informasi dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk manajemen fasilitas. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi informasi juga terbukti dapat meningkatkan transparansi serta akuntabilitas dalam proses pelaporan dan tindak lanjut permasalahan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan sistem dengan pendekatan terstruktur yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan studi literatur untuk memastikan sistem yang dibangun sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu memfasilitasi proses pelaporan kerusakan secara lebih cepat, terorganisir, dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Selain itu, fitur manajemen laporan seperti status proses dan cetak laporan membantu admin dan petugas dalam melakukan monitoring serta pengambilan keputusan. Kesimpulannya, sistem informasi pelaporan kerusakan berbasis web ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja pengelolaan laporan serta memberikan kemudahan bagi seluruh pengguna. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses pelaporan dan penanganan kerusakan menjadi lebih efisien, transparan, dan terintegrasi. Frequent problems with manual reporting drive the need for a more effective and well-documented web-based system. Based on a literature review, web-based information systems can improve the speed of data access and the accuracy of information processing in various fields, including facility management. Furthermore, the application of information technology has also been proven to increase transparency and accountability in the reporting process and problem follow-up. The research methodology used is a system development method with a structured approach that includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Data collection was carried out through observation and literature review to ensure the system is built according to user needs. The results show that the developed system is able to facilitate a faster, more organized, and well-documented damage reporting process. In addition, report management features such as process status and report printing assist administrators and officers in monitoring and decision making. In conclusion, this web-based damage reporting information system is effective in improving report management performance and providing convenience for all users. With this system, the process of reporting and handling damage becomes more efficient, transparent, and integrated.
