Abstract

Fenomena perundungan di lingkungan sekolah menjadi masalah serius yang berdampak pada kesejahteraan psikologis dan perkembangan karakter peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan anti perundungan yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) perlu diintegrasikan dalam proses pembelajaran, khususnya pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pendidikan anti perundungan dalam perspektif HAM pada pembelajaran PPKn di SMK Negeri 2 Kualuh Selatan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran anti perundungan dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan utama, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Guru mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai HAM dalam perangkat pembelajaran serta menerapkan metode diskusi, simulasi, dan proyek kampanye anti perundungan untuk menumbuhkan empati dan kesadaran sosial siswa. Faktor pendukung implementasi meliputi komitmen sekolah, keteladanan guru, serta kolaborasi antar pihak sekolah, sedangkan faktor penghambat mencakup keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran, kurangnya pelatihan guru, dan rendahnya kesadaran sebagian siswa. Secara keseluruhan, pembelajaran PPKn berbasis HAM berpotensi efektif dalam menginternalisasikan nilai anti perundungan serta membentuk budaya sekolah yang aman, inklusif, dan menghargai martabat manusia. Therefore, anti bullying education based on Human Rights (HAM) values needs to be integrated into the learning process, especially in the Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) subject. This study aims to describe the implementation of anti-bullying education from a human rights perspective in PPKn learning at SMK Negeri 2 Kualuh Selatan. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the implementation of anti-bullying learning was carried out through three main stages: planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. Teachers integrated human rights values into learning tools and applied discussion methods, simulations, and anti-bullying campaign projects to foster empathy and social awareness in students. Supporting factors for implementation include school commitment, teacher role models, and collaboration between school parties, while inhibiting factors include limited learning time, lack of teacher training, and low awareness of some students. Overall, human rights-based civics learning has the potential to be effective in internalizing anti bullying values and creating a school culture that is safe, inclusive, and respects human dignity.
