Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Hak Setiap Warga Negara Dalam Memperoeh Pendidikan (Studi Kasus Desa Kampung Padang Dusun Sidodadi C). Jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Kampung Padang Dusun Sidodadi C , Dilaksanakan Desember 2025 – Februari 2026. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data primer terdiri atas Kepala Desa sebagai informan kunci, Kepala Dusun dan orang tua sebagai narasumber, serta lima anak sebagai responden. Data sekunder diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, dan sumber tertulis lainnya yang relevan sebagai pendukung penelitian. Analisis data dalam penelitian kualitatif yaitu: Reduksi data, Penyajian data, Penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hak warga negara dalam memperoleh pendidikan telah dilaksanakan secara sistematis melalui empat aspek, yaitu Setiap anak berhak memperoleh pendidikan, Setiap anak berhak mendapatkan perlindungan, Tiap anak berhak mendapatkan pendidikan yang berkualitas, dan Pendidikan perlu menumbuhkan karakter.Setiap anak berhak memperoleh pendidikan, namun tetap diperlukan dukungan berkelanjutan agar anak dapat mengoptimalkan potensinya. Setiap anak berhak mendapatkan perlindungan selanjutnya Sekolah, orang tua, dan pemerintah desa telah bekerja sama untuk melindungi anak dari kekerasan di lingkungan pendidikan. Tiap anak berhak mendapatkan pendidikan yang berkualitas Hak anak untuk mendapatkan pendidikan dasar gratis sebagian besar telah dipenuhi oleh program pemerintah seperti wajib belajar 12 tahun. Pendidikan perlu menumbuhkan karakter, bakat, kondisi mental Melalui pembelajaran PPKn, pembiasaan sikap saling menghormati, sekolah telah membantu menanamkan nilai toleransi. Demikian, Hak warga negara dalam memperoleh pendidikan sudah efektif dan mengutamakan peserta didik. Kata kunci: Analisis, Hak Setiap Warga Negara, Memperoleh Pendidikan ================================================================================================= This research is entitled Analysis of the Rights of Every Citizen in Obtaining Education (Case Study of Kampung Padang Village, Dusun Sidodadi C). This type of research is qualitative research using a case study approach. Research location in Kampung Padang Village, Sidodadi C Hamlet, Conducted December 2025 – February 2026. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation studies. Primary data sources consist of the Village Head as key informant, the Hamlet Head and parents as sources, and five children as respondents. Secondary data was obtained from books, journals and other relevant written sources to support research. Data analysis in qualitative research is: Data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification using the Miles and Huberman model. The research results show that citizens' rights to obtain education have been implemented systematically through four aspects, namely, every child has the right to education, every child has the right to protection, every child has the right to quality education, and education needs to develop character. Every child has the right to education, but ongoing support is still needed so that children can optimize their potential. Every child has the right to further protection. Schools, parents and village governments have worked together to protect children from violence in educational environments. Every child has the right to quality education. Most children's rights to free basic education have been fulfilled by government programs such as 12 years of compulsory education. Education needs to develop character, talent, mental condition. Through PPKn learning, the habit of respecting each other, schools have helped instill the value of tolerance. Thus, citizens' rights to obtain education are effective and prioritize students.
