Abstract

Performance is the result of a person's work in accordance with responsibilities and expected outcomes. When related to teacher performance, it concerns the implementation of tasks and responsibilities as an educator in a school. The research aims to analyze: (1) the influence of school principal leadership on teacher performance; (2) the influence of culture on teacher performance; and (3) the influence of digital literacy on teacher performance. The research method used is quantitative research with three independent variables and one dependent variable. The research subjects are vocational high school teachers in Rantau Utara, Labuhanbatu Regency, with a total sample of 65 people. The data collection technique uses a closed questionnaire with 5 Likert scale answer choices. The data analysis techniques used are; normality test, linearity test, regression significance test, simple correlation test, and multiple correlation test. Based on hypothesis testing, it can be concluded: (1) there is an influence of school principal leadership on teacher performance of 0.535 with sig:0.000; (2) there is an influence of school culture on teacher performance of 0.416 with sig:0.000; and (3) there is an influence of digital literacy on teacher performance of 0.528 with sig:0.000. Overall, the research results indicate that improving teacher performance can be achieved through improvements in the variables of school principal leadership, school culture, and digital literacy. The research results are beneficial to: the North Sumatra Education Office, Vocational High School Principals, and State Vocational High Schools in Labuhanbatu. Keywords: School principal leadership, School culture, Digital literacy, Teacher Performance ========================================== Kinerja adalah hasil kerja seseorang sesuai dengan tanggung jawab dan hasil yang diharapkan. Bila dikaitkan dengan kinerja guru, maka berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab sebagai seorang pendidik di sekolah. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru; (2) pengaruh budaya terhadap kinerja guru; dan (3) pengaruh literasi digital terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan tiga variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Subjek penelitian guru SMK Negeri di Rantau Utara Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 65 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan 5 pilihan jawaban berskala likert.Teknik analisa data yang digunakan; uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji keberatian regresi, uji korelasi sederhana dan uji korelasi ganda. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan: (1) terdapat pengaruh antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,535 dengan sig:0.000; (2) terdapat antara budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,416 dengan sig:0.000; dan (4) terdapat pengaruh literasi digital terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,528. dengan sig:0.000. Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kinerja guru dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan pada variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya sekolah, dan literasi digital. Hasil penelitian bermanfaat kepada: Dinas Pendidikan Sumatera Utara, Kepala SMK, Guru SMK Negeri di Labuhanbatu.
