Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemesanan service online berbasis web pada Bengkel Otomotif Risky Painting menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan metode Waterfall. Permasalahan yang terdapat pada proses pelayanan sebelumnya adalah sistem pemesanan yang masih dilakukan secara manual melalui kunjungan langsung maupun telepon, sehingga menimbulkan antrean yang sulit diatur, ketidakpastian jadwal, serta risiko kesalahan dalam pencatatan data layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode rekayasa perangkat lunak dengan pendekatan Waterfall yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengkodean, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dirancang menggunakan pemodelan Unified Modeling Language (UML), bahasa pemrograman PHP, serta database MySQL. Fitur yang dikembangkan meliputi registrasi dan login pengguna, pengelolaan data service, data pelanggan, pemesanan service, pengelolaan jadwal, serta pemantauan status service. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil dirancang dan dibangun sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna serta mampu mengubah proses pengelolaan layanan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual menjadi lebih terstruktur dan terkomputerisasi. Berdasarkan pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing, seluruh fitur sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik dan menghasilkan keluaran sesuai dengan masukan yang diberikan. Sistem ini dapat membantu pelanggan melakukan pemesanan service secara online dan memantau status service kendaraan, sekaligus membantu pihak bengkel dalam mengelola data dan pelayanan secara lebih mudah, cepat, dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pemesanan Service Online, PHP, MySQL, Waterfall, Bengkel Otomotif ================================================================ This study aims to design and implement a web-based online service booking system at Risky Painting Automotive Workshop using the PHP programming language and the Waterfall method. The main problems in the previous service process were the manual booking system conducted through direct visits or telephone calls, which resulted in difficult-to-manage queues, schedule uncertainty, and the risk of errors in recording service data. This study uses a software engineering approach with the Waterfall method, consisting of requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, and maintenance stages. The system was designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML), PHP programming language, and MySQL database. The developed features include user registration and login, service data management, customer data management, online service booking, schedule management, and service status monitoring. The results show that the system was successfully designed and developed according to user requirements and was able to transform the previously manual service management process into a more structured and computerized system. Based on testing using the Black Box Testing method, all system features functioned properly and produced outputs according to the inputs provided. The system helps customers book services online and monitor vehicle service status, while also assisting the workshop in managing service data and improving the efficiency and quality of its services.
