Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi smartphone yang semakin pesat menyebabkan banyaknya pilihan produk handphone dengan berbagai spesifikasi dan harga, sehingga pelanggan mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan pilihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Proses pemilihan handphone pada Twin Cell Rantauprapat masih dilakukan secara manual melalui rekomendasi dari pihak toko, sehingga keputusan yang dihasilkan belum sepenuhnya terstruktur dan objektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) pemilihan handphone menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk membantu pelanggan dalam menentukan pilihan handphone yang sesuai berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Metode AHP digunakan untuk melakukan pembobotan kriteria dan menentukan peringkat alternatif handphone melalui tahapan penyusunan matriks perbandingan berpasangan, normalisasi matriks, pengujian konsistensi, serta perhitungan nilai prioritas. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi harga, RAM, storage, baterai, dan chipset. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode AHP mampu menghasilkan rekomendasi pemilihan handphone secara lebih sistematis, objektif, dan terukur berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Sistem yang dibangun dapat membantu pelanggan maupun pihak Twin Cell Rantauprapat dalam mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan serta memberikan rekomendasi produk yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Pemilihan Handphone, Smartphone, Rekomendasi Produk. ======================================================= The rapid development of smartphone technology has resulted in numerous mobile phone products with various specifications and prices, causing customers to experience difficulties in selecting products that meet their needs. The mobile phone selection process at Twin Cell Rantauprapat is still conducted manually through recommendations from store staff, resulting in decisions that are not fully structured and objective. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) for mobile phone selection using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to assist customers in choosing suitable mobile phones based on specific criteria. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of each criterion and rank mobile phone alternatives through several stages, including pairwise comparison matrix construction, matrix normalization, consistency testing, and priority calculation. The criteria used in this research include price, RAM, storage, battery, and chipset. The results show that the implementation of the AHP method can produce mobile phone recommendations in a more systematic, objective, and measurable manner based on predetermined criteria. The developed system can assist customers and Twin Cell Rantauprapat in accelerating the decision-making process and providing product recommendations that are more suitable for user needs.
