Abstract

Research aim : This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, training, work discipline and job satisfaction on employee performance at the North Labuhanbatu Regent’s Office Design/Methode/Approach : This study uses a causal design with a quantitative approach Research Finding : The results of the study show that compensation, training, work discipline and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research also proves that compensation, training, work discipline and job satisfaction can improve employee performance Practitionel/Policy implication : Compensation, training, work discipline and job satisfaction play an important role in improving employee performance Research limitation : This study only focuses on four variables, namely compensation, training, work discipline and job satisfaction Keywords : Compensation, Training, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction =============================================================================================== Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, pelatihan, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Bupati Labuhanbatu Utara Desain/ Metode/ Pendekatan : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif Temuan Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi, pelatihan, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kontribusi Teoritis/ Originalitas: Penelitian ini juga membuktikan bahwa kompensasi, pelatihan, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Implikasi Praktis : Kompensasi, pelatihan, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Keterbatasan Penelitian : Penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada empat variabel yaitu kompensasi, pelatihan, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Pelatihan, Disiplin Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai
