Abstract
Hasil dari penelitian ini terlihat bahwa sekolah SMA Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan memiliki peran yang sangat penting terhadap menumbuhkan karakter di siplin terhadap siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan yaitu sebagai tempat menimbah ilmu dan karakter disiplinan siswa sebagai bahan pondasi awal utama siswa menuju jenjang kedewasaan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Guru BK Dalam Mengatasi Siswa Yang Melanggar Tata Tertib di SMA Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan di Kabupaten Labuhan Batu tahun pembelajaran 2022/2023. Waktu penelitian ini dilakukan pada hari senin 22 juni 2023 penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah fenomologi dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis terkait Peran Guru BK Dalam Mengatasi Siswa Yang Melanggar Tata Tertib di SMA Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan Kabupaten Labuhan Batu. Sumber data di ambil dari SMA Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan. Kata Kunci : Peran Guru Bimbingan Konseling, Tata Tertib Sekolah, Penelitian Deskriptif, Pendekatan Kualitatif,Purposive Sample, Faktor Internal, Faktor Eksternal. ================================================================================================ This study aims to determine the role of the counseling teacher in overcoming students who violate the rules of conduct at SMA Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan, Labuhan Batu Regency, in the 2022/2023 academic year. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach including naturalistic inquiry. The sampling technique in this study is the purposive sample strategy. With data collection techniques with the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that guidance and counseling teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan have played a very important role in overcoming students who violate school rules and are very much needed at school, because in the learning process they can provide direction and guidance to students who need help, especially children. SMA age is in the range of 16-18 years, guidance and counseling services must be more intensive and more complete compared to guidance and counseling services in the education units below it and there are two factors that can cause violations of school rules, namely internal student factors and internal factors. External students. Internal factors are factors that come from within the student, for example, a feeling of laziness that arises from within oneself, lack of a sense of responsibility, want to seek attention and lack of religion while external factors are factors that come from outside the student’s self, namely the school environment, family and community for example, the family environment or parents who pay less attention to children, divorced parents, living separately from parents, unfavorable school environment and community environment also greatly affect.
