Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan dalam mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru di SMP IT Ar-Rozaq. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang peneliti lakukan, bahwa terdapat jumlah Guru di SMP IT Ar-Rozaq yaitu sebanyak 32 orang. Dengan jumlah populasi yang relatif kecil (32 orang), ini adalah pendekatan yang paling direkomendasikan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang representatif. Jadi sampel yang diambil adalah 32 orang Guru di SMP IT Ar Rozaq. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner skala likert sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik seperti uji multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan normalitas data. Uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (t), dan simultan (F) digunakan untuk menguji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa motivasi dengan parsial memberi pengaruh signifikan dan positif pada kinerja guru di SMP IT Ar-Rozaq. Disiplin kerja dengan parsial memberi pengaruh signifikan dan positif pada kinerja guru di SMP IT Ar-Rozaq. Motivasi dan disiplin kerja dengan simultan memberi pengaruh pada kinerja guru di SMP IT Ar-Rozaq. Kata kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Guru =================================================================================================== This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation and work discipline on teacher performance at SMP IT Ar-Rozaq. The type of research is quantitative. Based on the results of observations conducted by the researcher, there are 32 teachers at SMP IT Ar-Rozaq. With a relatively small population (32 people), this is the most recommended approach to obtain representative results. So the sample taken was 32 teachers at SMP IT Ar-Rozaq. This study uses observation, documentation, and Likert scale questionnaires as data collection methods. This study uses classical assumption tests such as multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and data normality tests. The coefficient of determination test, partial test (t), and simultan (F) are used to test multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study explain that motivation with partial has a significant and positive influence on teacher performance at SMP IT Ar Rozaq. Work discipline with partial has a significant and positive influence on teacher performance at SMP IT Ar-Rozaq. Motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence teacher performance at SMP IT Ar Rozaq. Keywords : Motivation, Work Discipline, Teacher Performance
