Abstract
Tujuan riset ini guna menganalisis dampak strategi harga, mutu barang, layanan serta media sosial marketing pada keinginan membeli di toko za galeri rantauprapat yang bersegmen pasar kaum gen z. dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini berpopulasikan konsumen pada toko ZA Galeri Rantauprapat yang tak diketahui jumlahnya. Tehnik yang digunakan adalah tehnik probability sampling dikarenakan tidak diketahui jumlah populasinya, guna penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Rumus yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini memakai rumus Cochran sejumlah 96 individu. Dalam pengambilan data menggunakan tehnik observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Riset ini memakai metode regeresi linear berganda serta alat pengolahan data SPSS. Hasil riset menjabarkan harga berdampak pada keinginan membeli di toko ZA Galeri Rantauprapat. Kualitas produk, pelayanan pembelihingga marketing social media cukup berdampak pada keinginan membelidi toko ZA Galeri Rantauprapat. Harga, kualitas produk, pelayanan dan sosial media marketing serentak berdampak pada keinginan membeli di toko ZA Galeri Rantauprapat Kata Kunci: Harga, Kualitas Produk, Pelayanan, Minat Beli ==================================================================================================== The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of price strategies, quality of goods, services and social media marketing on the desire to buy at za gallery rantauprapat stores which segment the gen z market. with quantitative research methods. This study populates consumers at the ZA Gallery Rantauprapat store whose numbers are unknown. The technique used is probability sampling technique because the population is unknown, for sample determination using purposive sampling. The formula used in this study uses the Cochran formula of 96 individuals. In collecting data using observation, interview and questionnaire techniques. This research uses multiple linear regression methods and SPSS data processing tools. The results of the research describe the price impact on the desire to buy at the ZA Gallery Rantauprapat store. Product quality, maintenance services and social media marketing have a moderate impact on the desire to buy at the ZA Gallery Rantauprapat store. Price, product quality, service and social media marketing simultaneously have an impact on the desire to buy at the ZA Gallery Rantauprapat store.
