Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SIMSDM) di perusahaan multinasional dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kinerja sumber daya manusia. Dalam era digitalisasi, SIMSDM memainkan peran penting dalam mengotomatisasi tugas-tugas administrasi, mengelola data karyawan, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah campuran, yang melibatkan analisis kuantitatif melalui survei kepada karyawan, serta pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan manajer SDM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIMSDM secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi proses kerja, mempercepat akses informasi, dan meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan terhadap sistem yang digunakan. Namun, ditemukan pula beberapa tantangan seperti kurangnya pemanfaatan fitur-fitur canggih dan kebutuhan akan pelatihan lanjutan bagi pengguna. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi utama penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan pelatihan pengguna dan mengembangkan fitur integrasi dengan sistem lain untuk memaksimalkan potensi SIMSDM dalam mendukung strategi bisnis perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan pandangan yang komprehensif tentang peran penting SIMSDM dalam manajemen SDM di lingkungan bisnis multinasional. Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Efektivitas Sistem, Perusahaan Multinasional, Pengambilan Keputusan, Efisiensi Operasional, Kepuasan Karyawan ====================================================================== This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Human Resource Management Information Systems (SIMSDM) in multinational companies in improving operational efficiency and human resource performance. In the era of digitalization, SIMSDM plays an important role in automating administrative tasks, managing employee data, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The methods used in this study are mixed, which involves quantitative analysis through surveys to employees, as well as qualitative approaches through interviews with HR managers. The results of the study show that SIMSDM significantly improves the efficiency of work processes, accelerates access to information, and increases employee satisfaction with the system used. However, there are also some challenges such as the lack of utilization of advanced features and the need for advanced training for users. Therefore, the main recommendation of this study is to improve user training and develop integration features with other systems to maximize the potential of SIMSDM in supporting the company's business strategy. This study provides a comprehensive view of the important role of SIMSDM in human resource management in a multinational business environment.
