Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh persepsi harga, kualitas produk, dan gaya hidup terhadap minat beli konsumen pada kopi keliling HB kopling di kota Rantauprapat. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan populasi seluruh konsumen yang pernah membeli minuman di HB Kopling, dan sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada konsumen dengan metode skala likert, kemudian data diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi : Uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan), dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi harga mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, gaya hidup mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen, serta ditemukan bahwa persepsi harga, kualitas produk, dan gaya hidup secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada kopi keliling HB Kopling di kota Rantauprapat. Kata Kunci: Gaya Hidup, Kualitas Produk, Minat Beli, Persepsi Harga ================================================================================================== The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of price perception, product quality, and lifestyle on consumer purchasing interest in HB Kopling mobile coffee in Rantauprapat city. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a population and sample of all consumers who have ever bought drinks at HB Kopling. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires to consumers with the Likert scale method, then the data was processed using the SPSS application with data analysis techniques used including: Validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis and t-test (partial), F test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that price perception has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest, lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest, and it was found that price perception, product quality, and lifestyle simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest in HB Kopling mobile coffee in Rantauprapat city.
