Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi mendorong perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kualitas interaksi dengan pelanggan, terutama melalui media digital. PT. Infomedia Nusantara masih mengalami kendala dalam menyampaikan informasi serta promosi kepada pelanggan dalam jumlah besar karena prosesnya dilakukan secara manual, sehingga dinilai kurang efektif dan efisien. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah sistem Web broadcast WhatsApp yang terintegrasi dengan Application Programming Interface (API) guna mengotomatisasi pengiriman pesan secara massal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall, yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian. Sistem yang dikembangkan berbasis Web dengan memanfaatkan teknologi pemrograman pada sisi Front-End dan back-end, serta didukung oleh integrasi WhatsApp API. Fitur yang tersedia dalam sistem ini mencakup pengelolaan kontak, pengelompokan pelanggan, pembuatan template pesan, hingga proses pengiriman broadcastdan pemantauan status pengiriman pesan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem Web broadcast WhatsApp yang terintegrasi dengan API mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas komunikasi bisnis di PT. Infomedia Nusantara. Proses pengiriman pesan menjadi lebih cepat, terorganisir, sehingga mampu mengurangi kesalahan yang sering terjadi pada metode manual. Selain itu, sistem ini juga membantu dalam pengelolaan data pelanggan secara lebih terstruktur serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan. PT. Infomedia Nusantara still experiences obstacles in delivering information and promotions to large numbers of customers because the process is done manually, so it is considered less effective and efficient. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a WhatsApp Web broadcast system integrated with an Application Programming Interface (API) to automate mass message delivery. The method used in this study is the waterfall method, which consists of several stages, namely needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The developed system is Web-based by utilizing programming technology on the Front-End and Back-End sides, and is supported by WhatsApp API integration. Features available in this system include contact management, customer grouping, message template creation, to the broadcast sending process and monitoring message delivery status. The results of this study indicate that the WhatsApp Web broadcast system integrated with API is able to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business communications at PT. Infomedia Nusantara. The message sending process becomes faster, more organized, thereby reducing errors that often occur in manual methods. Furthermore, this system also helps manage customer data in a more structured manner and improves the quality of customer service.
