Abstract

Pangan merupakan aspek penting dalam menjaga kesehatan masyarakat, terutama pada produk pangan segar asal tumbuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi keamanan pangan berbasis web pada Desa Bandar Kumbul. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan tahapan planning, analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL dengan framework Laravel. Hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi berjalan dengan baik. Konsep ketahanan pangan mempertimbangkan ketersediaan pangan, akses terhadap pangan dan pemanfaatan pangan sebagai aspek-aspek utama penopang ketahanan pangan serta menghubungkan aspek tersebut dengan kepemilikan aset rumah tangga, strategi penghidupan, dan lingkungan politik, sosial, kelembagaan dan ekonomi. Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2012 dikatakan bahwa Pemerintah dan Pemerintah Daerah berkewajiban membangun, menyusun, dan mengembangkan sistem informasi pangan pada aspek pemanfaatan dan ketersediaan pangan.Manfaat suatu informasi mempunyai dampak yang cukup besar terhadap suatu lembaga maupun publik. Informasi berkualitas hanya bisa dihasilkan dari sebuah sistem informasi yang juga berkualitas. Data dan informasi diperlukan sebagai dasar dalam pengambilan kebijakan dan keputusan dari perencanaan hingga evaluasi kegiatan. Metode pengembangan model pada penelitian ini adalah dengan tahapananalisis, perancangan, implementasi,sertapengujian.Hasil penelitian ini adalah suatu model Sistem Informasi Ketahanan Pangan yang dapat menyajikan informasi analisa ketahanan pangan dengan berbagai variasi. Indikator pencapaian pada penelitian berupa rancangan use case diagram, perancangan basis data dan perancangan antarmuka. This research aims to develop a web-based food safety information system in Bandar Kumbul Village. The system development method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with stages of planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database with the Laravel framework. The results of the system test using the black box method show that all functions are running well. The concept of food security considers food availability, access to food and food utilization as the main aspects that support food security and links these aspects to household asset ownership, livelihood strategies, and political, social, institutional and economic environments. In Law Number 18 of 2012, it is stated that the Government and Regional Governments are obliged to build, compile, and develop food information systems in the aspects of food utilization and availability. The benefits of information have a considerable impact on an institution and the public. Quality information can only be produced from an information system that is also quality. Data and information are needed as a basis for policy making and decisions from planning to evaluation of activities. The model development method in this study is by the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The result of this study is a model of a Food Security Information System that can present food security analysis information with various variations. Achievement indicators in the research are in the form of use case diagram design, database design and interface design.
