Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh suku bunga, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepercayaan nasabah terhadap keputusan pengambilan Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) pada PT Pegadaian Cabang Rantauprapat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian asosiatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 96 responden yang merupakan nasabah produk Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) dengan menggunakan skala Likert lima poin. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS yang meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial suku bunga, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepercayaan nasabah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengambilan Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA). Secara simultan ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pengambilan kredit dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,530. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel suku bunga, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepercayaan nasabah mampu menjelaskan variasi keputusan pengambilan kredit sebesar 53%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 47% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci : Suku Bunga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepercayaan Nasabah, Keputusan Pengambilan Kredit =============================================== This study aims to examine the influence of interest rates, service quality, and customer trust on the decision to obtain Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) at PT Pegadaian Rantauprapat Branch. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative design. Data were collected from 96 respondents who were customers of the Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) product through a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The sample was selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS, including validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, t tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination analysis. The findings reveal that interest rates, service quality, and customer trust individually have a positive and significant effect on the decision to obtain Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA). Simultaneously, these variables also significantly influence credit decision making with a coefficient of determination value of 0.530. This indicates that 53% of the variation in credit decision making can be explained by interest rates, service quality, and customer trust, while the remaining 47% is influenced by other factors beyond this study.
