Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, product quality, price and customer satisfaction on purchasing decisions. The population used in this study were Master Cash & Credit consumers who made purchases in the last 5 years, namely 500 consumers, then the research sample using the Slovin formula so that the research sample was 83 consumers. The study used bootstraping analysis techniques with the help of smart pls 4.1 with the results of all research variables having a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions by looking at all t statistical results> t value and significance value < 0.05. The results of hypothesis testing of service quality variables (1.787> 1.99), product quality (4.301> 1.99), price (5.418> 1.99), and customer satisfaction (2.76> 1.99). customer satisfaction (2.76> 1.99) Keywords: Service quality, product quality, price, customer satisfaction and purchasing decisions
