Abstract
Perkembangan dunia mengalami banyak perubahan dan berkembang dengan pesat, khususnya di sektor bisnis banyak profesional muda terutama para wanita karier yang tinggal dan beraktivitas, ditunjang dengan perekonomian yang mapan mereka membutuhkan suatu tempat untuk bersosialisasi dan bersantai disamping dari rutinitas padat mereka sehari – hari, bersantai dan melakukan treatment secara bersamaan menjadi prioritas utama mereka sekarang ini. Penulis melakukan metode penelitian dengan studi literatur maupun melakukan survei langsung ke lapangan untuk mewawancarai narasumber dari Salon Bonhica Home Beauty di Rantauprapat untuk perolehan data yang lebih akurat. Observasi dan analisa dilakukan setelah terkumpulnya data lengkap tentang kebutuhan dan standarisasi yang diperlakukan dalam sebuah salon. Juga bagaimana merancang interior yang sesuai untuk Salon dengan memperhatikan sisi argonomic dan estetika dari setiap ruangannya, suasana yang ingin diciptakan, dan memaksimalkan fasilitas demi kenyamanan pelanggan ataupun aktivitas karyawan yang bekerja di Salon Bonhica Home Beauty tersebut. Karena selain dari segi pelanggan, perancangan interior memiliki peran yang sangat krusial bagi citra dari sebuah Salon. Kata Kunci : Pelayanan Jasa, Promosi, Harga, Kepuasan Konsumen ===================================================================================================== The development of the world has undergone many changes and is growing rapidly, especially in the business sector, many young professionals, especially career women who live and work, supported by a stable economy, they need a place to socialize and relax aside from their busy daily routines, relaxing and doing treatments simultaneously are their main priorities now. The author conducted a research method with a literature study or conducted a direct survey to the field to interview sources from the Bonhica Home Beauty Salon in Rantauprapat to obtain more accurate data. Observations and analysis were carried out after collecting complete data on the needs and standards treated in a salon. Also how to design an interior that is suitable for a Salon by paying attention to the ergonomic and aesthetic aspects of each room, the atmosphere to be created, and maximizing facilities for the comfort of customers or the activities of employees working at the Bonhica Home Beauty Salon. Because apart from the customer aspect, interior design has a very crucial role for the image of a Salon. Keywords : Service, Promotion, Price, Consumer Satisfaction
