Abstract

Penggunaan media pada pembelajaran biologi yang tepat akan sangat membantu keefektifan proses pembelajaran di SMA NEGERI 1 Panai Hilir Selain membangkitkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa, media pembelajaran juga dapat membantu siswa untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan mudah menerima informasi baru. Model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) adalah salah satu model pembelajaran Kooperatif yang mudah diterapkan, melibatkan aktivitas siswa seluruh dalam kelompok - kelompok belajar yang beranggotakan 5 sampai 6 orang siswa yang memiliki kemampuan siswa tanpa ada perbedaan status, melibatkan peran siswa sebagai tutor sebaya dan mengandung unsur permainan dan reinforcement, Guru menyajikan pelajaran, selanjutnya siswa bekerja dalam tiap tim mereka untuk memastikan bahwa semua anggota tim telah menguasai pelajaran. Selanjutnya setelah pembelajaran selesai, diadakan turnamen, di mana siswa dalam masing-masing kelompoknya memainkan game akademik dengan anggota tim lain untuk menyumbangkan poin bagi skor timnya. Model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT) terdiri dari 5 langkah tahapan yaitu : 1. tahap penyajian kelas (class presentation), 2. belajar dalam kelompok (teams), 3. permainan (games), 4. pertandingan (tournament), dan 5. perhargaan kelompok (team recognition) Fokus masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : Bagaimana pengaruh model pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam memahami sistem pernapasan manusia di SMA NEGERI 1 Panai Hilir. Pernapasan atau respirasi merupakan pertukaran O2 dan CO2 antara sel - sel tubuh dengan lingkungan. pernapasan juga merupakan peristiwa menghirup udara dari luar yang mengandung O2 (oksigen) ke dalam tubuh serta menghembuskan udara yang banyak mengandung CO2 (karbon dioksida) sebagai sisa dari oksidasi keluar tubuh. Penghisapan ini disebut inspirasi dan menghembuskan disebut ekspirasi. Oksigen digunakan untuk mengoksidasi zat makanan yang ada dalam tubuh sehingga menghasilkan energi. Kata Kunci : Model pembelajaran Team Games Tournament (TGT), Sistem Pernapasan dan Hasil Pembelajaran ================================================================================================= The use of media in appropriate biology learning will greatly help the effectiveness of the learning process at SMA NEGERI 1 Panai Hilir In addition to stimulating student activity and learning outcomes, learning media can also help students to improve their understanding and easily accept new information. The Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model is one of the easy-to-implement Cooperative learning models, involving all student activities in study groups consisting of 5 to 6 students who have student abilities without any differences in status, involving the role of students as peer tutors and containing elements of games and reinforcement, the teacher presents the lesson, then students work in each of their teams to ensure that all team members have mastered the lesson. Furthermore, after the learning is complete, a tournament is held, where students in each group play academic games with other team members to contribute points to their team's score. The Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model consists of 5 stages, namely: 1. class presentation stage, 2. learning in groups (teams), 3. games, 4. matches (tournaments), and 5. group awards (team recognition) The focus of the problem in this study is: How does the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model affect student learning outcomes in understanding the human respiratory system at SMA NEGERI 1 Panai Hilir. Breathing or respiration is the exchange of O2 and CO2 between body cells and the environment. breathing is also the event of inhaling air from outside containing O2 (oxygen) into the body and exhaling air containing a lot of CO2 (carbon dioxide) as a residue of oxidation out of the body. This inhalation is called inspiration and exhalation is called expiration. Oxygen is used to oxidize food substances in the body to produce energy.
