Abstract

Kajian ini dimaksudkan untuk meneliti kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui studi pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Kinerja pegawai merupakan komponen esensial dalam mencapai target organisasi pemerintah. Desain penelitian mengadopsi metode kuantitatif dengan strategi pengumpulan data melalui survei kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 96 partisipan pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Analisis data diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antar variabel. Hasil studi memperlihatkan bahwa secara terpisah, variabel gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja secara individual memberikan kontribusi positif dan bermakna terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dalam konteks simultan, gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan disiplin kerja menunjukkan pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai ============================================================================================ This study aims to examine the contribution of leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline to employee performance through a study at the North Labuhanbatu Regency DPRD Secretariat. Employee performance is an essential component in achieving government organizational targets. The research design adopted a quantitative method with a data collection strategy through a questionnaire survey distributed to 96 employee participants at the North Labuhanbatu Regency DPRD Secretariat. Data analysis was implemented using multiple linear regression techniques to identify relationships between variables. The study results show that separately, the variables of leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline individually provide positive and meaningful contributions to employee performance. In a simultaneous context, leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline show a significant influence on employee performance at the North Labuhanbatu Regency DPRD Secretariat.
