Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Budaya Optimis Akademik, Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, dan Pemberdayaan guru terhadap Efektivitas Sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri Kabupaten Labuhan Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 261 responden, sedangkan sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 158 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan melalui statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta uji koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Optimis Akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Sekolah dengan nilai thitung sebesar 1,985 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,975 dan signifikansi 0,049. Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Sekolah dengan nilai thitung sebesar 4,579 dan signifikansi 0,000. Pemberdayaan guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Sekolah dengan nilai thitung sebesar 5,040 dan signifikansi 0,000 serta menjadi variabel paling dominan dengan nilai Beta sebesar 0,362. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan nilai Fhitung sebesar 52,643 dengan signifikansi 0,000 yang berarti Budaya Optimis Akademik, Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, dan Pemberdayaan Guru secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Sekolah. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,506 menunjukkan bahwa variasi Efektivitas Sekolah dapat dijelaskan Oleh ketiga variabel independen, sedangkan 49,4% dipengaruhi Oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. Kata kunci: Budaya Optimis Akademik, Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Pemberdayaan Guru, Efektivitas Sekolah ================================================================================================ This study aims to analyze the influence of Academic Optimism Culture, Principal Leadership Style, and Empowerment on School Effectiveness at State Vocational High Schools (SMK Negeri) in Lubuhan Batu Regency. This mseamh employed a quantitative approach using a survey method The population consisted of 261 respondents, and the sample size was determined using the Stovin formula with a 500 margin of ermr; resulting in 158 respondents. Data were collected thmugh questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The results indicate that Academic Optimism Culture has a positive and significant effect on School Effectiveness, with a t-value of 1.985 greater than the t-table value of l. 975 and a significance level of O. 049. Principal Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on School Effectiveness, with a t-value of 4.579 and a significance level of 0.000. Empowerment also has a positive and significant effect on School Effectiveness, with a t-value of 5.040 and a significance level of O.OOO, and it is identified as the most dominant variable with a standardized heta coefficient of 0.362. The simultaneous test (F-test) shows an F-value of 52.643 with a significance level of O. 000, indicating that Academic Optimism Culture, Principal Leadership Style, and Empowerment simultaneously have a significant effect on School Effectiveness. The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.506 shows that 50.600 of the variance in School Effectiveness can be explained by the three independent variables, while 49.400 is influenced by other-factors outside the model.
