Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and discipline on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan, either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan in February-March 2023. This research was a quantitative study using data analysis techniques which were carried out using the help of the SPSS 25.0 For Windows application program with instrument test results in the form of a Validity test, Reliability test, Assumption test Classical, Multiple Linear Regression Test, t Test, F Test, and R2 Determinants. The population of this study were all teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan. Based on this population, the authors took a sample of 30 people. The results of the study concluded that leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, with a regression coefficient of 2.400 < t table 2.051 and a significant value of 0.024 < 0.050. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a regression coefficient of 3.666 < t table 2.051 and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.050. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a regression coefficient of 2.306 > t table of 2.051 and a significant value of 0.029<0.050. Meanwhile leadership, motivation, and discipline simultaneously influence teacher performance with a coefficient of determination (60.121) >F > Ftable (3.350) and a significant value of 0.00 < 0.050. Adjusted analysis results (R2) were 0.859 or 85.9% while the remaining 15.1% were influenced or explained by other variables not discussed in this study. Keywords : Leadership, Motivation, Discipline, And Performance ================================================================================================= Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan pada bulan Februari-Maret 2023. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi program SPSS 25.0 For Windows dengan hasil uji instrumen berupa uji Validitas, uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji t, Uji F, dan Determinan R2. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMP Negeri 2 Rantau Selatan. Berdasarkan populasi tersebut maka penulis mengambil sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, dengan koefisien regresi 2,400 < t tabel 2,051 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,024 < 0,050. Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien regresi 3,666 < t tabel 2,051 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001 < 0,050. Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien regresi 2,306 > t tabel 2,051 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,029 < 0,050. Sementara itu kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien determinasi (60,121) > Ftabel (3,350) dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,050. Hasil analisis Adjusted (R2) sebesar 0,859 atau 85,9% sedangkan sisanya 15,1% dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
