Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh temuan di lapangan yang menunjukkan bahwa kinerja sebagian guru di SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Utara masih rendah, ditandai dengan penggunaan pola pembelajaran konvensional dan belum sepenuhnya mengikuti ketentuan Kurikulum Merdeka. Selain itu, masih terdapat guru yang kurang memahami manfaat Platform Ruang GTK serta kurangnya antusiasme dalam membimbing siswa secara efektif. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh positif Platform Ruang GTK terhadap kinerja guru. (2) Pengaruh positif Supervisi Akademik terhadap kinerja guru. (3) Pengaruh positif secara simultan (bersama-sama) antara Platform Ruang GTK dan Supervisi Akademik terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Utara. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari guru di SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Utara, dengan sampel sebanyak 70 orang guru yang dipilih menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda melalui program SPSS. Hasil Penelitian: Secara Parsial: Platform Ruang GTK berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru $t_{\text{hitung}} > t_{\text{tabel}}$. Demikian pula, Supervisi Akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara Simultan: Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara Platform Ruang GTK dan Supervisi Akademik terhadap kinerja guru, dengan nilai $F_{\text{hitung}} (22,261) > F_{\text{tabel}} (2,740)$. Kontribusi: Nilai Koefisien Determinasi $R^2$ menunjukkan bahwa variabel Platform Ruang GTK dan Supervisi Akademik memberikan kontribusi sebesar 68,3% terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan sisanya (31,7%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Kesimpulan: Pemanfaatan Platform Ruang GTK dan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik yang intensif terbukti secara efektif dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Utara, baik dalam hal perencanaan, pelaksanaan, maupun evaluasi pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Platform Ruang GTK, Supervisi Akademik, Kinerja Guru, Kurikulum Merdeka =================================================================================== This research is motivated by field findings indicating that the performance of some teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Utara is still low, characterized by the use of conventional learning patterns and not yet fully complying with the provisions of the Independent Curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka). In addition, there are still teachers who do not fully understand the benefits of the GTK Room Platform and a lack of enthusiasm in mentoring students effectively. Research Objectives: This study aims to determine: (1) The positive influence of the GTK Room Platform on teacher performance. (2) The positive influence of Academic Supervision on teacher performance. (3) The simultaneous positive influence of the GTK Room Platform and Academic Supervision on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Utara. Research Methods: This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. The research population consists of teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Utara, with a sample of 70 teachers selected using probability sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires with a Likert scale and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis through the SPSS program. Research Results: Partially: The GTK Room Platform has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance $t_{\text{count}} > t_{\text{table}}$. Similarly, Academic Supervision has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Simultaneously: There is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between the GTK Room Platform and Academic Supervision on teacher performance, with an $F_{\text{count}}$ value of $(22.261) > F_{\text{table}} (2.740)$. Contribution: The Coefficient of Determination ($R^2$) shows that the GTK Room Platform and Academic Supervision variables contribute 68.3% to teacher performance, while the remaining 31.7% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Conclusion: The utilization of the GTK Room Platform and the implementation of intensive academic supervision are proven to effectively improve teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Rantau Utara, in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning.
