Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila Dalam Membentuk Karakter Mandiri Peserta Didik Di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bilah Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data di peroleh melalui observasi dan wawancara sebagai data utama, dan dokumentasi sebagai data penunjang. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, wali kelas VII, guru ppkn, dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Bilah Barat pada Januari 2025. Profil pelajar pancasila merupakan perwujudan sebagai pelajar sepanjang hayat. Dengan adanya perubahan sistem pendidikan di harapkan dapat memperbaiki mutu belajar serta mutu kualitas anak bangsa di masa depan, saat ini pemerintah telah menciptakan sistem pendidikan yang baru yaitu melalui kurikulum merdeka dengan profil pelajar pancasila. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila Dalam Membentuk Karakter Mandiri Peserta Didik Di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bilah Barat. Hasil yang di peroleh dalam penelitian sebagai berikut: Implementasi Profil Pelajar Pancasila Dalam Membentuk Karakter Mandiri Peserta Didik Di Kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Bilah Barat sudah dapat di terapkan. Dalam implementasi indikator profil pelajar pancasila di SMP Negeri 1 Bilah Barat sudah menerapkan ke enam indikator. Dengan demikian implementasi profil pelajar pancasila di harapkan dapat lebih efektif dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik secara menyeluruh dan mempersiapkan untuk menghadapi tantangan masa depan. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were obtained through observation and interviews as primary data, and documentation as supporting data. The subjects in this study were the principal, vice principal, homeroom teacher VII, PPKN teacher, and students. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Bilah Barat in January 2025. The Pancasila student profile is a manifestation of lifelong learners. With the change in the education system, it is expected to improve the quality of learning and the quality of the nation's children in the future, currently the government has created a new education system, namely through the independent curriculum with the Pancasila student profile. The purpose of this study is to determine the Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile in Forming the Independent Character of Students in Class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Bilah Barat. The results obtained in the study are as follows: The Implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile in Forming the Independent Character of Students in Class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Bilah Barat can be applied. In the implementation of the Pancasila student profile indicators at SMP Negeri 1 Bilah Barat, the six indicators have been implemented. Thus, the implementation of the Pancasila student profile is expected to be more effective in forming the character of students as a whole and preparing them to face future challenges.
