Abstract

Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk di tingkat sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran berbasis internet terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar Biologi siswa kelas X SMA Swasta Purnayudha Sei Rakyat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen angket dan dokumentasi nilai. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran berbasis internet berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, dengan nilai korelasi Pearson sebesar 0,98 (> rtabel 0,361) dan signifikansi < 0,05. Rata-rata skor angket penggunaan teknologi mencapai 85,42 (kategori sangat baik), sedangkan skor motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 71,13 (kategori baik). Data dokumentasi nilai juga memperlihatkan bahwa siswa yang lebih aktif menggunakan internet cenderung memperoleh hasil belajar lebih tinggi. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi teknologi internet dalam pembelajaran tidak hanya meningkatkan motivasi, tetapi juga hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran berbasis internet dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital. Kata Kunci: Teknologi Pembelajaran, Internet, Motivasi Belajar, Hasil Belajar, Biologi =================================================================================================== The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has brought significant changes to the field of education, including at the senior high school level. This study aims to examine the effect of internet-based instructional technology on the motivation and learning outcomes of Grade X students in Biology at Purnayudha Sei Rakyat Private Senior High School. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing questionnaires and achievement documentation as instruments. The analysis results indicate that the use of internet-based instructional technology has a positive and significant effect on students’ learning motivation, with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.98 (> r-table 0.361) and a significance level of < 0.05. The average score for the technology usage questionnaire was 85.42 (categorized as very good), while the students’ motivation score was 71.13 (categorized as good). Documentation data also revealed that students who were more active in utilizing the internet tended to achieve higher learning outcomes. These findings highlight that integrating internet based technology in the teaching and learning process not only enhances student motivation but also improves academic achievement. Therefore, the implementation of internet-based instructional technology can serve as an effective strategy for improving the quality of education in the digital era.
