Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Analisis Pendidikan Non Formal Panti Asuhan (Studi Kasus Panti Asuhan Putra Muhammadiyah Labuhanbatu). Adapun penelitian ini bertempat di Panti Asuhan Putra Muhammadiyah Labuhanbatu, penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2025 sampai Januari 2026. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Kualitatif Deskriptif dan metode studi kasus. Surnber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 15 responden menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling atau teknik penetapan sampel. Sumber yang kedua yaitu sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperli dokumen resmi, buku, Jurnal. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentsi, analisis penelitian. Teknik analisis data berupa Pengumpulan data, Reduksi data, Penyajian data, Penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa panti asuhan memiliki upaya yang diwujudkan pihak panti melalui berbagai kegiatan pendidikan non formal seperti bimbingan belajar, pembinaan keterampilan, pendidikan keagamaan, serta penanaman nilai moral, adab dan akhlak. Dari pembinaan tersebut anak-anak menunjukkan perkembangan positif dalam proses adaptasi, pemahaman nilai nilai religius, serta sikap tanggung jawab. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan non formal di panti asuhan memiliki potensi yang besar untuk terus dikembangkan melalui dukungan sumber daya dan kebijakan yang berkelanjutan. Kata kunci : Pendidikan Non formal, Panti Asuhan =================================================================================================== His study aims to determine the Analysis of Non-Formal Education in Orphanages (Case Study of the Muhammadiyah Labuhanbatu Boys Orphanage). This study took place at the Muhammadiyah Labuhanbatu Boys Orphanage, this study was conducted from October 2025 to January 2026. This study uses a type of Descriptive Qualitative research and case study method. The data source used is a primary data source with a total of 15 respondents using Purposive sampling techniques or sample determination techniques. The second source is a secondary data source obtained from various sources such as official documents, books, journals. Data collection techniques in this study through observation, interviews and documentation, research analysis using data analysis techniques in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of this study can be seen that the orphanage has efforts realized by the orphanage through various non-formal educational activities such as tutoring, skills development, religious education, and instilling moral values, manners and morals. From this guidance, children show positive developments in the adaptation process, understanding religious values, and attitudes of responsibility. This shows that non-formal education in orphanages has great potential to continue to be developed through sustainable resource and policy support. Keywords: Non-formal Education, Orphanage
