Abstract
Pendidikan merupakan aspek terpenting dalam membudayakan manusia. Melalui pendidikan kepribadian siswa dibentuk dan diarahkan sehingga dapat membentuk derajat kemanusiaan sebagai makhluk berbudaya yang berkualitas dan bertanggung jawab serta mampu mengantisipasi masa depan. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian ini di di Pondok Pesantren Alliful Ikhwan SAA Silangkitang dilaksanakan juni 2025-februari 2026. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa metode antara lain yaitu, observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer & sekunder dengan responden 36 siwa, 1 guru PPKn, dan kepala sekolah. Analisis data dalam penelitian kualitatif yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi dengan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru PPKn memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam membentuk moral feeling siswa kelas XII, yang tercermin dari berkembangnya sikap seperti rasa malu, empati, tanggung jawab, dan saling menghormati. Hal ini terjadi karena guru tidak hanya mengajar, tetapi juga memberikan bimbingan, keteladanan, serta menanamkan nilai-nilai moral dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga mampu membentuk karakter siswa menjadi lebih baik. Kata Kunci: Peran Guru, Perilaku, Moral Feeling, Belajar Mengajar, Pesantren Aliful Ikhwan SAA ================================================================================================= Education is the most important aspect in cultivating human culture. Through education, students' personalities are shaped and guided so that they can develop a sense of humanity as quality, responsible, and cultured beings capable of anticipating the future. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research location is the Alliful Ikhwan SAA Silangkitang Islamic Boarding School and was conducted from June 2025 to February 2026. The instruments used in this study were several methods, including observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data sources used in this study were primary and secondary data sources, with 36 students, 1 Civics teacher, and the principal as respondents. Data analysis in qualitative research includes data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that Civics teachers play a crucial role in shaping the moral feelings of XIIth-grade students, as reflected in the development of attitudes such as shame, empathy, responsibility, and mutual respect. This occurs because teachers not only teach but also provide guidance, role models, and instill moral values in the learning process, thereby shaping students' character.
