Abstract
The research aims to determine: (l) the relationship between schcK)l principals' leadership and learning effectiveness; (2) the relationship between work discipline and learning effectivenew, and (3) the relationship of school principals' leadership and work discipline together with learning effectiveness. The research subjects are elementary school teachers in the Bilah Hulu sub-district with a sample size of 67 people. The research method is a correlational quantitative research type with three independent variables and one dependent variable. Based on hypothesis testing, it can be concluded: (l) there is a significant relationship school principal leadership and learning effectiveness ofO.454; (2) there is a significant relationship between work discipline and leaming effectiveness Of 0.417; and (3) there is a significant relationship between school principal leadership and work discipline together with learning effectiveness of 0.564. Overall, the research results indicate that improving learning effectiveness can be achieved through enhancements in the variables of school principal leadership and work discipline. Keywords: School Principal Leadership, Work Discipline, Learning Effectiveness ============================================================== Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (l) hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan efektivitas pembelajaran; (2) hubungan disiplin kerja dengan efektivitas [Embelajaran; dan (3 dan hubungan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja, secara bersama-sama dengan efektivitas Subjek penelitian adalah guru sd se-kecamatan bilah hulu dengan jumlah sam1Rl sebanyak 67 orang. Metode penelitian jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan tiga variabel bebas dan Satu variabel terikat. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan: (l) terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan efektivitas pembelajaran sebesar O, 454; (2) terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara disiplin kerja dengan efektivitas pembelajaran sebesar 0,417; dan (3) terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja, secara bersama-sama dengan efektivitas pembelajaran sebesar O, 564. Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan efektivitas pembelajaran dapat dilakukan melalui peningkatan pada variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja.
