Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1. Pengunaan media gambar pada materin jamur, 2. Hasil belajar siswa pada materi jamur, 3. Pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaruh media gambar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi jamur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan jenis penelitiannya, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kelas kontrol yang diajarkan tanpa menggunakan media gambar memiliki nilai rata- rata tes akhir sebesar : 69.44 dan kelas eksperimen yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan media gambar memiliki nilai rata-rata tes akhir sebesar : 76.44. Artinya, hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan media gamabr lebih baik daripada hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan tanpa menggunakan media gambar. Terdapat pengaruh yang fositif terhadap hasil belajar IPA pada materi jamur yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan media gambar di kelas VIII-2 di MTS Negeri 3 Labuhanbatu. Hal ini dibuktikan uji “t” pada kedua kelas dengan data nilai tes akhir yang menunjukkan bahwa t hitung = 4.925 dan t tabel = 1,666 karena t hitung > t tabel, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha di terima. Kata Kunci : Media Gambar, Hasil Belajar ======================================================================================== This study aims to determine: 1) the use of picture media in the topic of fungi, 2) students’ learning outcomes in the topic of fungi, and 3) the significant effect of picture media on students’ learning outcomes in the topic of fungi. This research is an experimental study. The results showed that the control class, which was taught without using picture media, obtained an average post-test score of 69.44, while the experimental class, which was taught using picture media, obtained an average post-test score of 76.44. This means that the learning outcomes of students taught using picture media were better than those taught without it. There was a positive effect of using picture media on students’ science learning outcomes in the topic of fungi in class VIII-2 at MTs Negeri 3 Labuhanbatu. This was proven by the t-test result of the two classes, showing that tcount = 4.925 and ttable = 1.666. Since tcount > ttable, H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted.
