Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran behavioristik terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri 1 Panai Hulu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Panai Hulu tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Sample penelitian ini berjumlah 36 siswa kelas XI MIPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang diberi perlakuan penerapan pembeajaran behavioristik dan 36 siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 sebagai kelas kontrol yang tidak diberi perlakuan penerapan pembelajaran behavioristik. Kedua kelas tersebut menggunakan tahapan proses belajar dengan pendekatan saintifik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar berupa tes objektif pilihan ganda dan tes angket motivasi belajar yang telah diuji keabsahannya. Pengujian statistik untuk hasil belajar dari kedua kelas tersebut menggunakan uji t, diperoleh hasil thitung sebesar 6.280 dan ttabel sebesar 1.994. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel (6.280 > 1994) sehingga Ha diterima pada taraf signifikan α = 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran behavioristik terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Sedangkan pengujian statistik motivasi belajar dari kedua kelas tersebut menggunakan uji-t, diperoleh hasil thitung sebesar 7.528 dan ttabel sebesar 1.994. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel (7.528 > 1994) sehingga Ha diterima pada taraf signifikan α = 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan pembelajaran behavioristik terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. The results of this research indicate that there is an influence of the application of behavioristic learning on student learning outcomes.
