Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis media Canva terhadap pemahaman sistem reproduksi pada siswa kelas X di SMAS Ki Hajar Dewantoro. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X SMAS Ki Hajar Dewantoro yang berjumlah 32 orang, dengan sampel penelitian terdiri atas 2 kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol yang masing-masing berjumlah 16 peserta didik. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes pemahaman konsep sistem reproduksi yang disusun dalam bentuk soal pilihan ganda. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji-t dan perhitungan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis media Canva terhadap peningkatan pemahaman siswa, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Nilai rata-rata N-Gain kelas eksperimen sebesar 0,291 (kategori sedang) lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol sebesar 0,065 (kategori rendah). Selain peningkatan pada ranah kognitif, ranah afektif siswa seperti keberanian, keaktifan, dan kerja sama juga menunjukkan perkembangan positif pada kelas eksperimen. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran inkuiri berbasis media Canva lebih efektif dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan siswa pada materi sistem reproduksi. Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri, Canva, Sistem Reproduksi, Pemahaman Konsep, Metode Kuantitatif ======================================================== This study aims to determine the effect of the inquiry learning model based on Canva media on the understanding of the reproductive system among tenth-grade students at SMAS Ki Hajar Dewantoro. The research employed a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study consisted of all 32 tenth-grade students, while the sample was divided into two classes: the experimental class and the control class, each comprising 16 students. The research instrument was a reproductive system comprehension test in the form of multiple-choice questions. Data were analyzed using a t-test and N-Gain calculation. The results indicated a significant effect of the inquiry learning model based on Canva media on students’ understanding, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The average N-Gain score of the experimental class was 0.291 (medium category), higher than the control class, which was 0.065 (low category). In addition to improvements in the cognitive domain, the affective aspects such as courage, activeness, and cooperation also showed positive development in the experimental class. Thus, the inquiry learning model based on Canva media proved to be more effective than conventional learning in enhancing students’ comprehension and engagement in the reproductive system material.
